I need some suggestions on what parts to use on a simple build for my parents.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within 6 months.

BUDGET RANGE: $300 CAN, before taxes.

SYSTEM USAGE: Movies, internet browsing. Not planning on doing any gaming on it.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, wireless adapter, OS (Linux?)

PREFERRED WEBSITE FOR PARTS: www.ncix.com

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Canada

PARTS PREFERENCES: Open to anything, would prefer a case without LEDs, lights, etc.

OVERCLOCKING: If necessary, will do. :)

RESOLUTION: 720p, 1080p.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Preferably a quite PC. Willing to wait or spend more. Also, blu-ray is not necessary, but I will upgrade to it in the future (I can use my PS3 for blu-ray atm). Also, feel free to recommend any cheap wireless mice, keyboards.
