I5 2500k on Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 OCing

So Ive been trying to OC my CPU all day, literally ALL DAY and I need some help please. I have tried everything possible and I cannot make it go past 4.0Ghz. Does anyone know a good setup for the Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 . It does not have a direct way to increase vcore or anything. If anyone could post their OC's HZwith this board that are above 4.5Ghz and let me know the settings please? Even some help would do. I have been trying it all day and I'm about to cry, lmao!
