Screen says invalid configuration

Hello,
iam a senior i know nothing about a computer to fix it. my screen opens with invalid configuration enter password an reset time and date

Usually this is caused by a bad BIOS battery. First you should get a new one for the computer, then go into the BIOS (will see a message on the screen when it first starts on how to do that), and set the date/time.

Get a friend or someone to help you out, it's not hard to do, would be a waste of money having a PC shop do it. It's like 5 minutes of work and they will probably charge you $50.
