Hi all,I have a question. A few months ago I baught a gigabyte motherboard and built my own computer using a vista basic. I then upgraded to vista ultimate just before windows 7 came out. Already I am completelr dissatisfied with the operating system. My question is, can I buy a windows 7 pro at a reduced price to replace this horrible vista? If I can't then I have lost my money. Why would Microsoft continue to sell vista if it's no good? thanking you in advance. len : :fou:

I presume that you liked Vista Basic enough to convince you to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. In what ways is Vista Ultimate an horrible OS?

Did the vista OS come with the opition to upgrade to Win 7 ?
