Total: £684.45

Which I think is far too much, Any suggestions you can cut it down to somewhere near £600 range?

And should I replace HD 5870 with HD 5850?
Btw, I'm using 1280x782 monitor (not unsure). But I do have 2 similar monitors lying around so I might use that. It has same resolution I believe.

Unfortunately it appears that you are missing the most important part, your mother board. Also you might consider a Phenom 955 or 965 for 20 dollars more you get a higher clock speed and that will be quite beneficial to your system. Other than that it looks quite good.

If your resolution is that low you definitely dont need a 5870 perhaps not a 5850, but if you plan to upgrade the monitor in the future a 5850 would be a solid choice

And I'm looking to pick 1 old HDD from my old computer but it is IDE, so, will it work with that mobo if I used IDE to SATA adapter? And do I have to buy it or it come with mobo?

You also forgot a power supply. I consider this to be one of the most important components in any PC. The PSU is a major determining factor to the overall lifespan of every other device in your PC. Try not to skimp on this. Don't ever use a PSU that's already including in a case. My personal favorite power supplies are made by the grand daddy of PSU companies, PC Power and Cooling. OCZ recently bought PC Power and Cooling and now has a very stable line of PSUs.

fyi PSU= Power Supply Unit
