Would you choose this memory?

Hey guys, I'm from South Africa. Now on to last thing on my new build...the memory. I was hooked on the G.skill ripjaws 4gb 1600mhz cl7 ram, but they are very scarce here in SA. Cost about $170. I can get Mushkin Redline 4gb 1600mhz cl6 ram for about $30 more from the guys that I'm buying most of the parts from.

What do you think??

For $30 more, maybe isn't a good deal. What voltage are the RAM?.
