Hi all,

I just built my PC (1st time in my life!!), and all is working perfectly fine...
But for some reason, I can't update steam...
I can run it, Taskmanager says running, but for some reason update is on hold at 0%, and I really don't know what to do....

Any steam gamers, help me please???

Cheers.

Have you gotten it to successfully run before? If not uninstall it and reinstall it. If you have go into C:\program files\steam\ and delete clientregistry.blob, i havent a clue what is contained in that file but half of all steam issues are fixed by deleting that file and letting steam redownload a clean version of it, so its always worth a shot. Also it may just take a while for it to connect to the server, i know a lot of times it will sit at 0% for a while and then start going quickly.
