Compatability of high density vs. low density ram

hi, I have a amd athalon xp processor 2000 + m7v1f kt 333 mother board with 512 ddr 333 pc2700 dimm. I want to upgrade the ram and found a good deal but it said that is a high density ram. I dont know if I can use that kind of memory. Can you help me PLEASE
