I am on a very tight budget around 900 dollars(actually im not from the us so i converted them instead)

I am planning on getting the HD5850 1GB.

My question is which CPU to get and what is the difference between them?
AMD Phenom II x4 925 or 945?
The PC will be mostly for gaming and i mean the most latest of latest games and those to come.

What mobo to and which cpu to get? Will either CPUs bottleneck the gfx i have chosen?
How much ram to buy also and what frequency?

This will be the my second pc for the next 3-4 years. I need it to be powerful as much as it can as of now, so that i don't have to upgrade in a while

There is not a better CPU than the Phenom 720BE for the 'bang' for your Bulgarian Lev. It will service your needs today and in the foreseeable future with the Radeon HD5850.

If you do not plan to CF take a look at the Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P.

If the idea of a future CF is in your plans check out the AM3 790x chipsets.

If you want the rig to survive 3-4 years invest in a good PSU. And in 2 or three years you will be sitting pretty to upgrade the CPU for a much more powerful system.
