Upgrading Mobo BIOS to support a CPU

I'm look at this mobo: http://txmicro.com/Socket-AM2-3400-Dual-Core-ATX-Motherboard-w-SND-LAN-RAID-p-4745.html

I'd like to know if there is a way to upgrade the BIOS in it if the BIOS the motherboard comes with doesn't support the CPU you have, but a later BIOS does. Id like to know if there is way to update the BIOS like, if not i guess ill have to find a different CPU. I cant see anything on the link about what BIOS the board comes with. I don't want any stupid answers telling me to upgrade to something better either.
