What should i set voltage 2

will be oc'ing a sapphire amd radeon hd 7970. wanted 2 know if i should use the syncronization btw the core clock and core voltage

most over clocking guides will have you work on one thing at a time, take it to its max run prime95 till its stable or BSODs (normal when OCing) then throttle back slightly. I commonly use someone elses stable OC specs and fiddle with those, until it is right for my card. Every card is different, and will likely have a different thresh hold for its max, then a similar card. Hope that helps, Good luck!
