P6T Deluxe Original (NOT V2) Fan Speed

Does anyone know how I can control my fan speeds. I would like to be able to turn down the fan speeds when I don't need them at full blast. I tried speed fan but it seems to only control one fan. I would like to be able to manually control the CPU Fan speed as well. Thanks.
