Acbel 560W enough for OC ?

My System:
  • CPU: E6420 2.13ghz using Cooler Master Hyper 212 PLUS
  • Mainboard: Gigabyte 965P-S3
  • Ram: 2 x 2Gb Corairs Buss 800, 1 x 1Gb Kingmaxs Buss 800 ( running in Flex mode )
  • HDD: 1 x 80Gb Seagate, 2 x 1Tb Seagate
  • VGA: His HD 6770 1Gb 128bit
  • ODD: Asus DVD-RW
  • Monitor: Dell 21" and LG 20"
  • Speaker: Logitech Z506
  • Mouse: Logitech MX Revolution
  • Keyboard: Logitech K270
  • Webcam: Logitech C600
  • PSU: Acbel 560W
  • and one more 42" Led HDTV connect with the system using HDMI Cable

    This is my first time OC and i dont know what to do or what to prepair, can anyone help me please :( 
    Can that PSU handle the whole system and CPU OC around 2.8ghz > 3.0ghz :(

    all components of your system need around 400 watt in overclocking condition..

    in other word, 560 watt is more than enough to make more juice of your processor and gpu..
