The things I am unsure of are the Memory and Motherboard. I chose the MB because it is a combo deal on Newegg and I have had good luck with ASUS before. I would also be open to an i7 combo if anyone has a suggestion for one that isn't too much more.

The Mobo and the RAM are very good choices...
And what graphics card do you have ?
Why do you require 750W PSU ?

Thanks for your response. I looked at your suggestions and have replaced my case/cpu with the first combo you listed and that dropped my total down to $667. I was going to use an 8800GTS that I have for the time being, but now I am looking at getting either a GTX 260, or HD 5770. What would you recommend?

^ Actually the GTX 260 is slightly faster than the HD 5770...But the 5770 like you know is a Next gen card...So I would suggest the HD 5770...And anyways for your resolution, it would suffice...
