MY COMPUTER KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN RIGHT AT START-UP

Hello,
MY COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN AUTOMATICALLY WHEN I REBOOT. IT SAYS I NEED TO DISABLE OR UPDATE MY BIOS DUE TO MEMORY. ALTHOUGH WHEN IN SAFE MODE I RAN MY ANTIVIRUS IT CAME OUT CLEAN. I ALSO CHECKED THE MEMORY AND IT IS FINE. WHAT SHOULD I DO ANY SOLUTIONS?

    Some possibilities:
1 - Clean AV scan doesn't insure you are not infected, just as a reminder.

2 - In bios, use PFkey to reset to default.

3 - In safe mode, Disable Auto restart on system error.
