Antec True Quiet pro 120mm case fan

Iv gone water cooled for the past 6 years which made my computer some what silent but im always trying to find ways to make it even more silent & still keep my case cool..I find in my Computer case which is the Antec 900 & the three 120mm fans to be the reason for all the noise my computer makes so im considering replacing these fans with somthing more silent like the Antec True Quiet pro fans with a high & low controler with a noise level at high is 1200 rpm at 18 dba and low at 600 rpm at 10.8 dba it will be a big difference because the fans i have in my case now are rated in the 30's dba do you think Ante true quiet pro fans to be a good choice...
