hi just wondered if you could tell me if my trust 570w PSU is up to the job of powering the PC i am thinking of building


the system spec will be;

Intel Core i5 750 2.66GHz
Zalman CNPS9900A CPU cooler (Zalman ZM-STG2 Super Thermal Grease)
MSI P55-CD53 P55 Socket 1156
Kingston 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz HyperX Memory Kit CL7 1.5V
XFX GTX280 640MHz 1GB GDDR3
500GB samsung IDE hard drive, but might buy a 1.5 TB samsung hard drive aswel
trust 570w PSU
2 DVD drives
& 2 or 3 case fans

if you have any coments on the PC spec that would be great

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like a quiet PC but i dont mind abit of noise if i get more power out of it

Just get 4gb of RAM, there's no need for 8gb for gaming. Do you really mean an IDE HDD or is it the SATA F3? Get the Hyper 212 Plus HSF. One ODD should be fine? Go with the Corsair I linked above. And get a Radeon 5850 or 5770 depending on your budget
