U can see here your mobo's specifications. Support DDR2 800/667/533, in 4 slots with 2GB max per slot for a total of 8GB. Why do you need 8GB? As an advice, that RAM is good, but the voltage is high. If I were you, I would go for one of this: 1- G.Skill 8GB (4x2GB) same performance, less voltage and less price. 2- Crucial Ballistix Tracer 4GB (2x2GB), same performance, less price. U can buy two of this if U really need the 8GB. Currently I have one kit of this and are awesome.
