I appologise in advance if this is in the wrong forum as i couldn't find any that were entirely suitable. However i recently ran into problens with backlighting on my Dell E228WFP monitor, after much research (and some good advice from members of this forum) i've come to the conclussion that the inverter circuit is to blaim for this intermittent problem. Being as im not compitent enough to check individual components on the inverter circuit to see what individual component is to blaim my question is where can i find an entirely new inverter circuit? Although a Dell official one would be preferable, if there are good quality third party ones available which are easy to install i would not be opposed to purchasing one of those instead. If i cannot find one i will have to take the monitor to a repairman which i would rather not do as im a student and therefore have little spare cash to throw around. Any help on this situation would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
