Nvidia 8400 gs compatibility with ddr ram

is nvidia 8400gs compatible with ddr ram with 400mz

Gfx cards have their own ram, and system ram is hopefully just used for the system.
The reason I say hopefully is, that IF the gfx card runs out, itll have to use system ram (which would be compatible), its much slower, having to go thru the entire system, instead of everything on the card.
