replaced video card with gts 220.
Boot printed each character during initialization 1 sec for each letter. After finally getting through checking bios and which disc to boot from, system flashes a blue screen with some print too fast to read, reboots, and repeats as above.
replace previous video card and no problems.
Motherboard is Biostar P4M900-M7 SE
