i read a report the other day on the front page that stated that comcast has begun throttling their network to clear up congestion (combat pirates 
). Have any of you guys that have comcast felt a difference at all while downloading files over say...500 mb? I only ask because i had comcast while in Georgia but now i live in an area that doesnt offer it but im planning on moving back and renew my subscription with them.
