I'm trying to play these games and future games that may come out. (Sims 3, Mirror's Edge, Batman Arkham Asylum, Prince of Persia, Burnout Paradise, Fuel) A few of these games need a minimum of 256 MB Video Memory but all of the 256 MB cards on newegg have a 64 bit interface. Will that allow me to play these games or should I spend a little more money and get a 512 MB with a 128 bit card or maybe even a 256 bit? Also should I be looking at ATI or NVIDIA?

My budget is about $60 so the HD4670 seems like a good choice for me. Is there any significant difference between a 512MB 128 bit card and a 512MB 256 bit card besides price?

256-bit bus can handle many more graphical operations, but 128-bits of power should be fine for what you wanna do.

Can you tell us what your budget is?

512MB cards with a 128-bit bus are much faster, especially with GDDR3-5.

Here are great cards for budget;
$40:HD4650
$60:HD4670
$90:HD4850
$130:HD5750
$160:HD5770
$280:HD5850
$380:HD5870

*Please note; I do not recommend him the 4870/90 because he wants to play future games.
