I cant find my memory card reader in my pc

where is the device manager in my pc ?
i mean how can i find it, i cant find it and when i attach my usb i mean the memory card reader i cant find it in my pc no sings of it please tell me what to do!!!!!!!!

Right click My computer - Click manage > Click device manager

What product exactly are you trying to use? Is it actually a card reader or a USB flash drive?
