Here is my problem, I have a 300gb hdd which i installed windows 7 64bit and other two hdd's as a storage and if i plug 300gb hdd only, windows wont boot, saying ''Bootmgr is missing'' i have to plug the other two and chose one of them as the first boot device and plug them exaclty the same way in order to load windows.Shouldn't i choose the 300gb hdd as a first boot device to get it started? and then i checked my disk management to see which one is for boot it shows 300gb one.I tryed to find a solution and nothing yet i just cant boot with 1 hdd.Sorry for my english its not my native language i hope thats enough though :)

Okay I made the same mistake myself.
Basically there is a small program that windows installs on a hard drive to know how to boot. It is NOT present on the 300 gb drive you have.

So to fix this just use the windows7 system recovery disk. It will boot a *few* times. let it do it's thing. after a few reboots your problem will be fixed.

Just let windows do it's things and you'll be fine.
