Need PC Specs for Design

I need a new PC for Graphic Design and Web Design work I do. Need a quick list to give my IT guys. Thanks in advance.

intel core i-7 950, ATI FIRE GL, 2x1TB Western Dig Black Edition in raid, 12GB 10666 RAM, Asus x58 motherboard with raid, firewire, Microsoft Windows 7 - 64 Ultimate Edition. 2 x High End NEC 24 inch, Card reader. DVD Writer and a external 1tb hard disk for backup.
