Vid card for 42" lcd?

I'm looking to upgrademy Radoen 435) HD to something more suited to a large screen LCD.

I'm running an AMD Phenom 9150E quad at 1.8ghz with 4g RAM. My display is a 42" 1080p LCD.

I mainly surf and do gaming. CUrrently, Im on Drgaon Age: Origins, and would like to maximize resolution and framerate.

Specifically - will the new 5770 do this for me?

The 5770 will do that though I'd suggest the HD 5850 to really eke out better frames and Anti-aliasing in current and future games.
