Overclocking i5 2500k

Hi,

Just a brief one. I want my i5 running at 4.5ghz. I set it to that yesterday but its not stable, got bsod after about 2 hours. What voltage is recommended for this overclock?

I5 2500k
asrock extreme 3 gen 3
cooler master 212 hyper evo cooler
16gb g skill 1600
Crucial ssd
Maxtor hdd
Ocz 550w psu

Make it 4.7 GHZ and Vcore 1.35V. Mine was overclocked at 4.7 GHZ Vcore 1.35 V, stable run Prime95 for 12 hrs. My MB is Biostar TZ68A+RCH

Try 1.30v first, though.
