I am building a new PC soon, and my processor will be the intel 2500k and i plan to overclock it. Im not sure where i will be overclocking it to, but somewhere in the 4ghz. I want to keep it COOL at ALL times and SAFE.

--My build--

Case - Antec 902 V3
Mobo - ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155
CPU - Intel 2500k
GPU - Radeon 6950 2gb
RAM - Gskill Sniper Low Voltage 8gb Ram
PSU - Corsair 800 watt gaming series

I am not looking to spend over $70 for CPU cooling, and i dont want water cooling.
I have a few CPU coolers in mind.. but im not sure what is the best.

What should I get? One of these? or a different CPU cooler? Remember, i dont want to spend more than $70, and the CPU cooler must fit in my case with my RAM and GPU and everything.

Thanks for the help!

4ghz isn't really that high for the 2500k. You can get away with doing 4ghz on the stock cooler.
Personally, I'm not comfortablle with doing any overclocking with the stock cooler. I'll agree with whoever says the Cooler Hyper 212+ or EVO is a good pick for a lower overclock.

Don't junk the stock cooler. You will need it if you ever have to RMA the chip back to Intel.
