Is this Asus board good for overclock

First I think about to order this board GA-Z68XP-UD3P, but 1hr ago I see tigerdirect on sale this board (ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Intel Z68) I place an order right the way it cost $154. I check newegg cost over $200.

Is this ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Intel Z68 board better than GA-Z68XP-UD3P?

If it is not I will return and order the right one.

Ya the ASUS has better heatsinks to dissipate heat faster for OCs.
