HIS 4890 graphics cards, I don't get it???

The HIS 4890 Turbo+ 1gb card has a core overclocked speed of 965mhz and is selling for 190$.

The HIS 4890 Turbo OC Edition has a core overclocked speed of 900mhz and is selling for 223$.

That doesn't make any sense why does the weaker card cost more, the Turbo+ beats the Turbo OC Edition in everything yet is cheaper?

Yeah but they're both HIS. It's not like ones Saphire and ones HIS, same company makes both cards. You telling me you pay and extra 32 dollars, for a worse card, becasue it says Turbo OC Edition instead of Turbo. :heink:
