Chipset on motherboard repairing how knows

mother board is on but no display..then i check that cmos, ram,jumper,after that open a cpu and kept some white paste and fix it after then its no working in mother board which chip i have to replace it on motherboard...

That is NOT how to reapply a heatsink. You need fresh thermal paste and a clean CPU/heatsink.

and it does sound like you reapplied a heat sink and fan assembly, so you could have fried that CPU at worst, and at beast you need to get some thermal interface material and rubbing alcohol and use the alcohol to clean the chip's top and reapply the thermal interface material and then reattach the heat sink to the chip
