Did they install an N68C-S (the N68cCS doesn't exist)? The N68C-S motherboard sure is an inexpensive unit and it definitely has no support for FullHD (unless a GPU is installed) or SLI.

Edit: Based on info provided by T_T, you definitely didn't get what you bought.

Yes, much better. I would go as far as to say if you paid for the K10N78, but got the N68C-S, then you got ripped off.

What you're getting:

Graphics/Display
HD Audio
AM2+ support
PCI-E x 16 expansion
4 x SATA 3.0
8GB RAM max
Hypertransport 2000

What you're missing:

Faster graphics engine
HD 1080P Blue Ray
Higher Quality HD Audio
AM3 support
2 x SATA 3.0
8(more)GB max RAM
Hypertransport 3.0 (faster than 2000)
WiFI header

you can easily see what you didn't get, but what you won't see is the performace difference between the two. In general, the K10N78 is better because it has better graphics capability and the speed is faster as well.

That N68C-S is one weird-ass board. Of Course, only ASRock is crazy enough to put out stuff like that :D . Still, the K10N78FullHD-hSLI R3.0 is better so yeah contact the seller and ask him "WTF Man!?"
