[b][/b]replaced video card with gts 250.
Boot printed each character during initialization 1 sec for each letter. After finally getting through checking bios and which disc to boot from, system flashes a blue screen with some print too fast to read and reboots only to repeat as above.
replace previous video card and no problems.
Motherboard is Biostar P4M900-M7 SE
CPU Intel D345 @ 3.4ghz
