Window 7 display scaling

back when i was using wondow 7 RC, if i play a game with 1024-768 in full screen, it will automatically disable wide screen mode. and swich back to 1360-768 when i quit the game. but now i installed window 7, it doesnt do that anymore.(i upgraded from vista) it just strech to fit. is there anyway to make it do what it did in window 7 RC?

isn't it a driver setting? I know with nvidia you can tell it which version to use.

i am using nividia G100 and updated to lastest driver, can you show me what to do?

right click on screen, nividia control panel, change flat panel scaling...

Don't see why you shouldn't have it, can you bring up the nvidia control panel, or is it not there whe you do, if i could post piccies here properly i'd post them.

when i go to nvidia control panel>display>adjust destop siz and position

there a plain line saying you can adjust desktop size and posistion,and flat scale panel
however there are no option for flat scale panel

perhaps the G100's don't allow for it, seems dumb to me for that to be the case.

ok, it should be the option above the one that you have, can you chnage from 'custom' view? to advanced, perhaps it will appear then.
