Asus P5Q SE2 circuit diagram

First build, I need to know how to wire case to motherboard.I do not understand the connections on the board.They are not the same as the case wires(no discription)

Download the Asus P5Q SE2 manual from http://support.asus.com/download/
See page 26.
Do the same with your case manual. Match up the pins. Or you might be able to trace the case wires to the switch, button or LED light.
