I have a Radeon 6950 non reference board card and I cannot for the life of me find a full cover block for it. I've heard places that the 6970 block will fit. Does anyone know what block will fit?

Check out www.performance-pcs.com.
They have the biggest selection of 6970/6950 blocks I've seen yet. I personally am planning to buy http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=31029:8a8ffee3fea3dfdfe4ba312c6d73ee7c.
Its only $77.99.

Simply because you have a special edition of a card, I'm going to say you have a non-reference design. Therefore, you'll have to go universal but that isn't a bad thing.

Swiftech's uni-blocks work very well, and they're about half the price of good full cover blocks. You just need some VRAM heatsinks to put on the VRAM and maybe the VRMs, which is really simple.
