Best 1Tb Internal Hard Drive?

Hey community,

I'm going to purchase an internal hard drive to use to backup my system drive and data to. I would like the capacity of this drive to be 1Tb. I'm interested in your opinions on what the best 1Tb drive to use as a backup is - I am clearly looking for reliability and durability over performance.

My current relevant hardware is:
Crucial M4 128Gb SSD (system drive - Win 7 x64, games, apps)
Seagate Barracuda 1Tb 7200.12 6.0Gbs HDD (data drive - user folders, media, etc.)

I plan to plug the backup drive into the SATA x-dock on my Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced case. This dock provides a SATA connection externally - this way I can swap drives for redundancy and store the drives offsite. I believe this dock provides 3.0Gbs speeds, but it may provide 6.0 speeds... I'm not totally sure.

Please help me with some recommendations.

Thanks!

I've heard good things about both Samsung and Western Digital. I might still go with WD Black, just because I'm not sure how stable their Green drives are... Although you would think with lower RPM they'd be more durable. I don't know. I just can't decide.
