Is the H80 a good buy

Hi Guys.....

Just wondering if anyone can help me out....

I am going to buy a Corsair H80 water cooling unit for my CPU in a few days. On the net there has been some very good reviews about it but one problem that many a people have encountered with it, is with the stock radiator airflow fans that come with it. My people say, that they are too noisy and others find that they alternatively speed up and shut down. Just wanted to know if this was a legitimate problem with the H80?

Besides that I do have 2 extra cooler master 120mm fans in case the need arises.

I would also like to know if the H80 is the best one in the market in Kolkata. I cant find the one from Antec.

My system specs are the following:

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE 3.2GHz
MSi 990FX-GD65 motherboard
8GB (2*4GB) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 RAM at 1600MHz
500GB+1TB Seagate Barracuda HDDs
Cooler Master Elite 310 case
Cooler Master Extreme Pro 500W PSU
Sapphire Radeon HD6790 1GB PCIE Graphics card.

Any suggestion will be helpful.....

Dang h80 fans are very loud. But still it is a great cooler.
