My right USB port, 1 out of 3, is physically broken it fell with the wired mouse still in the usb port and bent and broke off the plastic in the mouse with a couple of pins, if i even attempt to put it back in , the computers cuts off, i just want to get a new one and fix it cheap, how do i do that, what should i do?

Sent it to DELL to claim for warranty if its covered. If not then you have to leave with it.

You need to be very careful when you decide to replace motherboard. USB connectors are directly soldered on the motherboard. I know in CA i can walk to electronic shops and possibly find a replacement USB connector. It defends on your location.
