Those temps that are approaching 100c are looking a little scary... If the laptop is more than a few months old, you could think about opening it up and cleaning out the fans and heat sinks.
Are you using the laptop on a table, on your lap or what? Also, giving us the model of the laptop might help in looking for a cooling solution of sorts.

I just got it back from being repaired due to the same temps.
Alienware m17x Core 2 2.4ghz
4gb of ram
Windows Vista 32 bit
Dual 9800m gt
320gb hard drive and 120gb
On a Table on a Nexus Laptop cooler. Nothing around the laptop. Vents on top of the laptop and bottem and to clean the heatsink fan on this laptop you have to take the gpus out flip them over to Clean them. To clean the cpu I have to take the keyboard off to get access to the cpu Fan
You could try maxing out the fan speeds in SpeedFan or similar program.
Other than that, you're gunna have to get into more extreme modding to change temps, like rigging up a fan to push or pull into the fan ports.
Also, this isn't what you're gunna want, but you could also under clock the GPUs. It's a very powerful setup, so you should still be able to get pretty decent settings even with a ~20% under clock.

Just a update. I talk to the Techs. I ask if I could pull the keyboard off the laptop and run the 3 Game again. Huge diffance. So what happening is the keyboard and part of the laptop covered the fan and making it HOT.
