AMD Athlon II X3 Heatsink for overclocking.

I want to get a good heatsink strong enough to let me overclock my AMD Athlon II X3 455 Rana 3.3GHz as high as i can. I have a mid tower case with a large 240mm fan on the side panel so i can't really fit a giant heatsink what would be the best so i can overclock it to its max and not overheat i may not not be able to get it to the highest with a heatsink that fits in a midtower but hope i can get close with a good heatsink.
