Unable to install vga driver in windows xp sp3

I installed Windows XP SP3 2002 in my laptop. VGA driver does not install in my laptop. Everytime I install a popup menu displays, "One or more files are either missing or corrupt". I even downloaded the VGA driver from net but all in vain. My System Manufacturer: WIPRO
System Model: WNBOBM4930-ER-0013
BIOS: Ver 1.00PARTTBLY
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2008MB RAM

Try running MS Fixit from following link. May have registry problem. This fixes installation / uninstall problems.
