Can anyone suggest a liquid cooling system?

Hi everyone,

I am currently running an old E8400 chip OC'd to 3.6 ghz on air (stock coolers), and I'm looking to push a bit more performance out of this chip before upgrading it in april or may.

Based on what I've read, it seems like anything approaching 4.0 ghz would probably need water-cooling, and since I have no experience with water-coolers was wondering if anyone had suggestions on good water-cooling solutions. What's the average price for a decent water-cooling system?

Also, I should add that when I began experimenting with this chip a couple of months ago, I realized I had a little gem. I actually managed to lower the vcore from the stock 1.15 to an 1.09 while raising the clock from 3.0 to 3.6.
