Overclock msi g41m-p34?

Hi, I have a msi g41m-p34 motherboard. I want to overclock it to 1333mhz so I can run ddr3 1333mhz ram. It has an "easy OC switch" but I honestly don't understand how to use it, even after reading the user's manual... can someone help me please? Thank you!

That's the link to my processor. It runs FSB 800mhz, does that mean my ram wont run faster than 800mhz either? Am I able to overclock the cpu FSB also?
