should we buy a 1 gb or a 512 mb radeon 4350..how much difference if any will there be b/w the 2...

yes you are rite..but 4 some 4650 is expensive.. :pt1cable: 
and its not necessary or wise to push 4 higher and higher.. and why not go 4 the 1 gb plese elaborate a bit:hello:

the problem is the card itself have difficulty to fully utilize the amount of memory it has (1GB). even for 9600GT the case will be pretty much the same. if you can't take 4650 then try using looking HD4550 instead.

Don't go with 1 gb version as this graphics card is weak so it will not be able to utilise its full 1 gb memory.If you have money than go to DDR3 cards.
