I copied a file in documents. Worked on it. Dragged it near the top of list of documents.. Lost it. No response for search for documents. How do I find it?

I copied a file in documents. Worked on it. Dragged it near the top of list of documents.. Lost it. No response for search for documents. How do I find it?

It may now be part of one of the documents at the top of the list. Open and scroll to bottom of those docs.
