Hey guys I need some help
I have an older Dell XPS 430 and I'm looking to upgrade it to more of a gaming pc but without doing a full build. Its a Core 2 Quad Q8200 @2.33 GHz with an upgraded Antec 550 Watt PSU. upgraded to 6 GB's 1066 Crucial (3 x2) and am still stuck with the stock crappy radeon 3450 gfx card. This I am planning on upgrading sometime soon to most likely a Radeon 5850. Now If I did this upgrade would it be worth the money to get a new mobo and OC? Would the 5850 be bottlenecked by the low clock on the CPU? They way I had it figured it probably would. What would be a good mobo choice in this case?
