My usb is not opening

during installig window to my pc , my usb device was connected to my pc . and i got formated my usb when i was repartitioning, then i suddenly removed my usb. when the window completed and i connected the usb and click to open the message " the disk is not formated, are u want to format it" but when i click ok, the message appears" the can't format the drive"

the drives partition tables could have gotten messed up. go to run, type in cmd and when you get the black box type diskpart then go to list disk, after that type select disk [#] where # is type the drive letter of your usb drive. once you have it selected type clean then you will have a clean disk to wich you cna format from disk management inside of the management panel you can access by right clicking computer and going to manage.
