CPU fan works all the time

Hello,
my laptop is a hp compaq and its cpu fan never stops working what do you think is wrong.

Though if you wanted it quieter you might check the fan setting in the bios.

If everything appears normal there then you may have to have the laptops fan & cooler cleaned and have new quality thermal paste applied.
